New York’s 116th Street Festival 2007 was held in Spanish Harlem. The festival is one of the four-day Puerto Rican pride festivities. The festival is a free family event that draws an estimated 600,000 Latinos. The festival is held the day before the famous Puerto Rican Parade along 6th Avenue.
