COMBINE milk and coffee granules in medium bowl until coffee is dissolved. Add sweetened condensed milk, media crema and liqueur; stir with a wire whisk until smooth.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Pour small amount of sauce on a plate. Place slice of pound cake in center. Top with fruit; drizzle with additional sauce.
